Position: Database Entry
Job Description:
Touge is looking for someone to assist in the data entry of automotive products for our ever expanding website. This includes adding new products, web research, and collecting and editing images. Ensuring that product information is correct is extremely important in this position. We need someone with the initiative to stay on task and to complete projects in a timely, yet thorough manner. Automotive experience or knowledge is preferred. This is not an in-house position.

Job Functions:
Data Entry, Web Research, Minor Image Editing.

Required Skills:
Excel (Basic Level), Photoshop experience (image cropping, resizing etc), Automotive Knowledge (Japanese manufacturers, part types etc).

Additional Information:
Great Communication Skills, Attention to Detail is Key, Willingness to learn and ability to take direction. Must have necessary programs on your own personal computer.
Pay
Paid on a per project basis. ¥40/line Item. Usually 100-250 lines per project.

Position: Sales Agent
Job Description:
Touge is looking for motivated individuals with an understanding of JDM tuning parts. Experience with dealing with customers on forums etc is a must, basic internet browsing skills are important too.

The Kudos Rating system is based on the following product and brand parameters:

- How rare the product is
- The reputation of the brand in terms of class, pedigree and quality
- The type of product and where it fits in the vehicle
- How many page views the product has had since the Touge site went live

In your case it may only take 6-7 days. It all depends on the manufacturer. If there is no stock of the item it can take up to x days for the manufacturer to prepare a product run, carry out quality control, package the item, ship it to Touge, and Touge to dispatch the item.

We quote worst case scenarios for lead times as quoting 7 days on all items is simply not possible and to avoid disappoint customers we have chosen to quote conservative lead times. We also chose to display this lead time in plain site and not in a hidden tab :)
