Typographical errors and image mistakes
The website is secured within a private network utilizing industry standard firewalls and other security measures to ensure no unauthorized access.
In the event a product is listed at an incorrect price or with incorrect information due to typographical error or
error in pricing or product information received from the supplier or manufacturer, Touge shall have the right to refuse or cancel any order placed for product listed at the incorrect price.
Touge are NOT responsible for losses occurring as the result of misinterpretation and/or typographical error involving any of our website information, pricing; and/or freight rates, which are subject to change entirely at our discretion.
Some pictures of products are sample pictures; you will receive the item that is specified for your car regardless of what is pictured.
Touge are NOT responsible for Manufacturer's changes in Design, Color, or Materials of parts or accessories supplied.

Lead times and MOQs
Please take note of the lead times for the items you wish to purchase and the ratings for the manufacturer. Many manufacturers do not stock a large
range of products on the shelf and items are made to order.
Some manufacturers set a minimum order quantity (MOQ) before they put a batch into production. This can affect the lead time drastically.
Please carefully read the Cancellations section of these terms as by ordering you accept the terms of trade.

Pricing
All prices listed on our website, advertisement and/or catalog do not include shipping and handling charges. These extra charges vary massively on the shipping method and destination of the goods.
All prices and descriptions are subject to change without notice. Upon the placement of your order the total cost
will be provided including shipping and handling charges. Prices do not include any additional taxes or duty that
may apply on entry to your country. Please check with your local tax office for clarification on these charges. Please do not email asking us what these charges will be.
Touge reserves the right to alter pricing, item descriptions and/or availability of any and all Parts and Products offered by Touge at any time and for any reason.

Currency
Please use the Touge currency converter to see prices in your currency. Foreign exchange rates are not approximate
and should be used for guide purposes only. The final amount charged is dependent on the exchange rate used by
your financial institution. NOT Touge Distribution.
Touge are NOT responsible for fluctuations in exchange rates before or after Card authorization or Bank transfer date(s)
Touge only invoices and trades in Japanese Yen.

Payment
Touge accepts all major credit cards (through 2checkout), E-cheques (through Paypal) as well as Paypal payments.
Bank transfers are also accepted; A transfer service fee of ¥4000 will apply. All E-cheques carry a minimum of 4 to 9 business days waiting period to clear with our bank.
Orders will not be processed or shipped until this waiting period is over. Credit card fraud will not be tolerated.
All orders paid by credit card must be shipped to the cardholders billing address or verified alternate shipping address.
Orders will NOT be shipped if the address provided does not match the records of the credit cardholders bank.

Shipping
All orders are shipped by either EMS, SAL, Surface Mail, TNT Freight, DHL or DB Shenker. In stock items usually ship
within 48hrs after receipt of order. Touge does not guarantee on time delivery. Any expected shipment dates given to customer on items are estimates. Out of stock items will be placed on
backorder.
Backorder items will ship within 24hrs after receipt of shipment from manufacturer.
We are not responsible for delays in manufacturing caused by:
- National holidays
- Shutdowns
- Natural disasters (see below) or associated problems (lack of power etc)
- Minimum order quantity (see above) set by the manufacturer
Please check normal dispatch time for the products you are purchasing and the brand ratings for service/stock etc.
Please note - Surface shipping takes 4 to 12 weeks. The buyer assumes all responsibility with this form of shipping and PayPal disputes will not be accepted for this form of shipping!. All items are insured, should an item arrive damaged a claim with will need to be made. With the claimed amount Touge can replace the damaged item(s).

Natural disasters, strikes and acts of war
In the unlikely event that your order has been affected by a natural disaster, service strike or an act of war we
are not responsible for storage charges incurred as the result of delayed shipment, delayed clearance, civil commotion or any other delay.

Cancellations, refunds and returns
We are unable to accept any cancellations for any parts after we process the order. Many of the parts we sell are made to order and once we enter into a contract with the supplier we are unable to cancel our order. Touge cannot afford to take the unwanted stock as this limits our financial strength to enable us to continue operating as an efficient sourcing company.
Touge does not refund prior to delivery unless Touge agrees to restock the purchased item. A restocking Fee will apply in the event that restocking is accepted, this fee is 35% of the purchase price (to cover item and shipping fees). Please note, only under extreme circumstances will we allow for customers to cancel which is only for products with fast turnaround. Custom made items such as carbon products, custom offset wheels etc are not applicable for consideration for a refund.
All items are sold as is and there is no return.
Touge or the brokering agent will need to be informed within 7 days of receiving the item if the purchaser thinks a Maker's item is defective.
Touge does not make any of the products sold and therefore there are no warranties written or otherwise expressed by Touge. Touge and its agents act as an agent on your behalf to claim on your warranty with the maker if an item is thought to be defective. This must be done within 7 days of you receiving the product, no exceptions. If the maker agrees to look at the item, it will need the item returned to Touge Japan within 7 days via trackable mail (as returned goods) for Touge to make a claim with our suppliers. Once the item is received it will be sent to the maker to be tested. If it proves to be defective the product will be fixed or replaced and Touge will ship it back to you for free.

Warning
All parts sold by Touge are to be considered racing parts for off road use only. Federal and many State laws
prohibit the removal, modification, or rendering inoperable of any device or element of design affecting the
vehicle emission or safety in a vehicle used on public highways. Violation of such laws may subject the owner or
user to a fine or penalty. Installation of this part may void the warranty coverage, if any, on your vehicle.
Touge shall not be liable for any special, direct, indirect, incidental or consequential damages that might be
claimed as a result of the failure of any part, including claims for delay, loss of profits, or labor.
Touge shall not be liable for any damage or injury to persons or property resulting from improper installation or
misuse of any part. Touge will not cover any loss in profit or labor due to errors in shipping, mispackaging, and/or
extended delays for backorder items.
Touge shall not be held accountable for any misconception or disappointment associated with any product.
