As well as being importers of genuine reputable Japanese parts, the agent I deal with is also an enthusiast too, so you're guaranteed helpful advice regarding prospective purchases. During the process, I received regular updates on the stages of my order - and on the couple of occassions I had a query during the process the contact via e-mail was always good - once my item arrived in the UK; it was delivered promptly after clearance, with the box/packaging and it's contents in the condition you'd expect for the money/rarity of the parts that can be sourced. Run a couple of good competitions, with proper prizes too. Recommended and would/will be definitely using again. Enthusiastic and professional service from start to finish, having an agent who is himself passionate about cars and parts in the same fashion as you, along with being knowledgable about the products sold is a rare experience indeed, but no longer, as I will now never source anything from anywhere else! Another thing that sets Touge apart from the rest is that even if the agent isn't sure how to answer a particular question, he isn't afraid to say "let me get back to you" as apposed to waffling their way through, and get back to you they shall, swift and reliable, and always helpful. Nor do they try and sell you products that they believe will not suit your purpose, ie, if you have fallen in love with something that is available but they feel that another product would better suit you they are not afraid to mention alternatives rather than allow you to potentially waste your money, something I, myself have experienced, and the agents knowledge and recommendations are always met with appreciation and gratification.
